What data we process
When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, we process the details you provide (name, contact data, rental request). For a rental agreement we additionally need driving-licence and ID data. We use this data solely to handle your request and the rental.
The request form on this website stores nothing on our servers — it simply opens WhatsApp with a prepared message. Processing by WhatsApp is governed by the privacy policy of Meta Platforms.
Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser) is processed in server logs to deliver the site securely and reliably. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising networks.
Disclosure
Data is passed to third parties only where necessary to perform the contract (e.g. the insurer in the event of damage) or where we are legally obliged to do so.
Retention
We delete enquiry data once it is no longer needed. Contract and accounting records are kept as required by law (generally 10 years).
Your rights
